Her career also includes significant experience in fundraising, branding, and program building that have directly impacted the success of the institutions she has served. Now with CSA, Marcy works closely with athletic departments and universities nationwide to identify and hire coaches and administrators that align with their vision and values. Her insight into the hiring process has helped countless coaches understand what it takes to stand out in an increasingly competitive market.
